Red Wine Braised Short Ribs

Whether you’re preparing a romantic catered dinner for two for a client or enjoying your own special date night, this menu is a perfect combination of impressive, delicious, and easy to prepare.

Red Wine Braised Short Ribs can be made in a slow cooker if you want to start them in the morning, or if you have time later and it’s cold in the kitchen, you can braise them for a few hours in the oven to warm up the house.

Short on time? They cook beautifully in a pressure cooker in about an hour and a half.

Short ribs are one of those fantastic cuts of meat that you might have had at a fancy restaurant, but don’t let that dissuade you from making them at home. They are so easy to do and you can use the stove, the oven, a pressure cooker or the crockpot!

This also makes it a perfect recipe for Personal Chefs to offer to clients. Not only is it perfect for a regular weekly service for the client to heat when they want it, but with a pressure cooker it’s an easy and impressive entree for a catered romantic dinner for two.

Wondering if you really need that Instapot? This post will help you decide.

And there you have it! The perfect menu for Valentine’s Day that won’t leave you too exhausted to enjoy your wine!
